Cooking Tip
Pasta Choices
Flat pastas are best served with thin sauces; other shapes work well to catch sauces that are thick and chunky.

Cooking Tip
Never Add Oil to Pasta Water
Never add oil to the water when cooking pasta. The oil prevents sauces from adhering. Stir the pasta with a wooden spoon occasionally during cooking to keep pasta from sticking.
