1. Add the beef to a medium bowl with some salt and mix thoroughly.
2. Add the salted ground beef to a large skillet over medium heat and sauté until browned through.
3. Drain the excess fat.
4. Add the onion, pepper and tomatoes.
5. Use a spoon or fork to break up the tomatoes into bite size pieces.
6. Add the next 4 ingredients to the skillet.
7. Reduce the heat to low and simmer the contents until the vegetables are tender.
8. Pour in the jar of spaghetti sauce.
9. Serve over hot cooked pasta. |
