1. Sauté onion, meat and pepper in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic, chili powder, ketchup, tomatoes, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and celery seed.
3. Bring the mixture to a slow boil.
4. Reduce the heat to simmer and cover the skillet and cook for 45 minutes.
5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
6. Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package.
7. Serve the sauce over the hot noodles and sprinkle with the desired amount of parmesan cheese. |
